::Word of mouth is pretty powerful & no amount of self submitted reviews by themselves could help the already tarnished reputation that they have. Ask around before signing up for a rental with these so called ‘professionals’. In reply... Not sure why i would need help in processing the outcome as it was up to me to agree with you halfway offer. The offer was only taken as the bullying tactic & immaturity was almost to hard to handle.Well done.
