::Really terrible customer service. Won't refund for a charge they took illegally off my card without my approval or knowledge. There are way better spots in Bathurst! They sure have a lot to learn.

::Stay was ok except toilet was dirty with scum and rust in shower. Silicon thats turned black holding sink together. Wouldn't stay here again.

::Offers great value for money. The room was quite comfortable. Comes with delicious breakfast in the morning included in the room rate. Ample parking on site and located in a great location in Bathurst. Staffs were very friendly. I'd suggest them to install a lift for upstairs room access. Hotel room rate comes with free gym membership. Hotel also has indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna etc. I'll definitely stay again in future.
