  Staff were helpful and nice. Application forms take much longer than suggested at times. If you don't have the answer to a question you cant continue and go back to that question later. It might take days. If it says you have answered incorrectly the form doesn't highlight what is incorrect so if you believe it to be correct you have no idea what is wrong and you cant continue and go back later. If you need a birth certificate that can take time if you don't have the money to pay for one. You have to wait until you can spare the money. If you haven't seen your passport because it expired 10 years ago it can take some time to find it to find your passport number. So it's very easy to go over the 14 days when you have problems like that.

  Pretty long waiting times and inconsistent service, I had to requeue after having no success on the phone following staff members instructions...so I went in the queue again and this time a different staff member told me to do something else entirely.

  Very Scary Experience...... Staff were great 90%.....Centerlink actual clients ...10%... Freaksssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
