  Went in there with 2 children under 2 and got signed in. Asked after 45min if it would be long and the moody lady sitting in the reception said I hadn’t been signed in yet. She said she’ll make sure I was next in line which I was not. Ended up walking out after spending another 10minutes in there and as I told her I was leaving and how poorly it’s been handled she just said ok looking at her computer. I’m thinking a sorry at least would be in place or even better get someone who wants to work there. Seriously not happy!

  The staff here really do their best to help, and are very tolerant, but unfortunately the systems they have to use and policies they're forced to follow lets them and their clients down. The systems are inefficient and not at all user friendly and the staff seem to spend a lot of time waiting for things to load or open on their computer. Usually the staff I speak to say they haven't been there long - less than a year - so there seems to be a high turnover.
