  参加十周挑战和大家一起运动我会感到更加有动力，一个小时在教练的指引下能更有效的让我减掉多余的我脂肪，同时也学习到如何健康吃东西不长胖，十周我成功的减下来一个码了，我很满意，如果时间合适我会继续坚持和大家一起运动把身体锻炼的更好。

  Chloe is very professional in how she goes about her business. She keeps the team motivated while pushing people outside their comfort zone to get maximum results while also guiding them for all there nutritional needs. Unfortunately google only allows 5 stars, I’d give her 10 if I could 😊

  参加训练营三个星期了，能明显感觉到自己的变化。从刚开始跑几步就喘得的厉害到现在跑完也没有明显感觉到累。全身各部分都锻炼到了，这是自己平时自己练很难做到的。训练强度也正合适，循序渐进，一周两次，每次一小时，很适合平时没时间锻炼的上班族。十周结束后会考虑办个年卡继续练！

  The training program is very good for any level of fitness lovers! I definitely love it, as a beginner , the program design fits my body tolerance , it moves smoothly further in each training courses, I can feel the difference of my body and development of body muscles! If you are a beginner too, start from here!

  It has been a great experience being a part of the club's 10 week challenge program. I am inspired by the motivations coming from the coach and classmates and found Chole very helpful in correcting my workout techniques. The supports and advices on sustainable diet and life style change is also very beneficial. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to people with any fitness levels and goals.
