  I went there today looking for a stretch marks cream , there was a lady. Her name Rachel, she told me its section N 2 , i wasn't able to find it ,, i asked her again and she ignored me,, she didn't even try. To help me 😣😨😠

  Been there few times. Got what l wanted but majority of the staff is very rude. Definitely not going there again especially when l have other places who are ready to price match and friendly in approach.

  They are good, but customers need to look at the floor instead of thinking they are next in line in their made-up line.

  Went in and cut my arm on blood pressure machine made staff aware and was snubbed off and infact abused and swore at, no procedure followed and no incident report filled out, i admit to getting flustered but geez i got threatened with harm and called names such as a filthy scum bag, i think there is enough here for a law suit and infact will seek legal advice, loss prevention officer even threatened me, head office is aware and store owners notified, im awaiting response and further action will be taken if need be.
