  Great range of products, especially holistic medicine. I could get Green Tea Extract and Raspberry Leaf tea here, which I could not find in a lot of other pharmacies. The staff was also helpful. When I couldn't find Green Tea Extract after hunting high and low among the shelves, the cashier located it for me. The prices are also very good, whether it's for Vitamin supplements or shampoo. I ended up buying more than I had intended, so I could stock up on supplies that are running low. My only wish - please guys, include Serrapeptase in your stock. More and more people are using it, and there could be a demand for it.

  I've been going to Chemist Warehouse Surry Hills for a number of years and I can honestly say the staff are so polite and their customer service is 5 star. When I drop off my prescription which they need to order, I always receive a courtesy call and text message to inform me that my medication is ready for pick up. I dropped off my last script on Thursday evening just before Easter and asked for a big favour to be able to pick up on Tuesday. Not a problem. I was able to collect in the afternoon on Tuesday as promised. The fact their prices are usually the lowest is a bonus. Thank you Chemist Warehouse Surry Hills!!!

  Manager-Radhika should be sacked as is astonishingly rude,arrogant,nasty and uncaring.I personally experienced her behaviour. I'm in remission from stage3 head&neck cancer. Do not provide deliveries to unwell and immobile patients.Purports to be cheap but isn't. Humiliates customers by demanding to check handbags as you exit.Cramped and disorganised shop.Takes your scripts thereby forcing you to return there for repeats.Should be avoided.

  It always depends on the person but the male Asian staff who helped me (might have been one of the chemists) was super helpful and patient and knowledgeable. Most pleasant experience and would definitely prefer to buy from here.

  The worst service, staff have no idea what they are saying. They have no knowledge on products. I was appalled at the way staff treated me at Surry Hills and I wouldn't go back. Also they keep your original script so getting your repeats is an issue unless u go back there. I rate them a 0 out of 5.
