  Waiting for more than 20 mins for a take away coffee and only 2 staff on, is crazy.

  Turn the bloody dreadful radio station off, I'm not 14 and neither are 90% plus of your customers. What is it with some cafe owners, too lazy or self indulgent to find a decent spotify or similar loop? Far too many choices to have to go back.

  Only 1 of 2 Cibo's that actually make nice coffee. They also have a great upstairs to work in, except no wifi! Apparently its not working - but that's the excuse they've used for over 12mths!!!

  Very annoyed with the management there. For a while staff there struggle to juice the oranges as the machine/juicer was broken or something else. For months and months, you can’t get the freshly squeezed orange juice as there is none - apparently, they got no oranges in stock! Wouldn't be better to take the fresh orange juice off the menu if is so hard to get the oranges from the fruit shop which is just a minute away, inside the shopping center? Lately you may also walk on dirty sticky floor.
