  I would like to thank ‘Team Jeep’ and company personnels at the customer sales division for there excellent support. Your customer sales executive Ivan and Ivy from finance took care of all my queries in a jiffy.  Ivan provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of vehicle I was purchasing. He let me know all the important information regarding the model. Ivan was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. Ivy ensured that I received all the information regarding the finance and the time by which I would expect it to be approved. Staffs had a caring approach and are truly professional. Please accept my gratitude towards there speedy and efficient services. I would especially like to commend Ivan for his professionalism and superlative skills.

  Had a pleasant experience with them while buying a used car. Many thanks to Daniel and Mark. I was even offered a courtesy car when they heard I sold my car while waiting for the delivery of the car I was intended to purchase from them. Not to mention they had my car washed inside and out, plus a full tank of fuel which nobody had ever primised. I was treated equally as their brand's customer, even I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them. And I believe all the works them have done deserve a 5 stars rating. Thinking on the customer side and willing to take an extra move make them outstanding.

  It was a disappointing negotiation with the one of the sales agent Jack. We were initially offered the $1000 gift card to purchase the Jeep Compass at the counter of Melbourne Central. We therefore went City Jeep and tried the car out. We were happy and offer our final price. They accepted it eventually. In the last second upon signing the contract,, they told us $1000 gift card not available with our offer price. That's a total rip off. It is best to stay away from the salesman, otherwise if you want to deal with them, make sure you put down all your offers and inclusions. They are not really trustable!

  I bought my first Wrangler last week and had the pleasure of dealing with the City Jeep team. Iwan made the whole experience effortless. He shared his knowledge and didn't feel like i was dealing with a sales person, felt more like talking to a Wrangler enthusiast / mate. Nancy made all this possible by finding the right finance option for me, she kept me well informed all the time and very quick response time. She was very friendly and provided genuine advice. I highly recommend the City Jeep team they're the best in the business. I felt like they believe in the product they sell and personally that matters to me. Thanks guys.
