::STAY AWAY PEOPLE. Worst dealership ever. Miss leading. Faulty advertisement.advertised a demo 2018 car for $14,988 on their website and carsales. Walked in to purchase and the manager goes the price is $16500 and I won't sell it for less than than. Went to another Mazda and got a brand new one better colour with a year rego for $16500 Not the smartest people to run a business. In fact you didn't lose one customer. Lost 100s others. Be proud. Learn how to run a business.

::Don’t bother going here. Only reason they got two stars is that one of them were actually helpful. The team is quite slow and don’t bother fixing any problems in a timely fashion. As soon as they have the money, they become very slow with rectifying any problems. Not happy.

::We have bought a used 2015 model Mazda 3 max from there,last June.The salesman was not friendly.When we check the car,we found that the leather cover on steering wheel was pealed off.We asked it and they said its better to use a shoe polish or some similar stuff which can get from the market.After some months we had some issues with the i stop and we took car to some other Mazda dealer and they said the car is under warranty period so the steering wheel can be changed for free.Warranty was about to expire in 15 days. I am not happy with City Mazda and never go again there.`

::Bought a used car from this dealership. Dont believe the safety check, get your own raa check. Had issues with the car vibrating at speed. First step was to balance and wheel align the front tyres to fix the problem second attempt was to put new break pads on as they were worn. When we questioned why this wasnt picked up in the safety check, we were told there was enough left on the pad to last just beyond the 3 month warranty. Problem still wasnt fixed and there was the inference it was the way the 'little woman' drove the car. Car finally fixed three weeks later when it went to a Honda dealer. Credit to the sales manager who heard our complaints and responded with a loan car and coordinated fixing the problem. Thumbs down to the service team for lying about their response to our complaint. Wouldnt buy a car from this mob again.
