  Do not go here if you want to be treated decently. Overall service was rubbish from start to finish. Really pathetic practice

  Had to change my rating to 1 as spent nearly 1 hour waiting for GP that covered only half by Medicare ...even with a booking for certain time that I have made earlier. No one rang to say the doctor is running behind with appointment. Also when I arrived no one warned I will have to wait for that long! They don’t have any respect for your time. I have lots to do at work and could have spent time finishing the tasks at work! 😡very unhappy

  Truely awful experience! I arrived on time for an 8:50am appointment and without any notice or update from receiption staff, waited an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen, the Doctor rushed me through the consultation with little to no opportunity to go through my symptoms. He simple said ‘I suppose you want antibiotics?’ to which I replied ‘no, I’m wanting a diagnosis and treatment’. He then didn’t speak to me again, wrote a script for very strong antibiotics and ushered me out of the door. I wouldn’t ever go hear again. Unprofessional and potentially dangerous (writing scripts without giving the patient an opportunity to discuss symptoms).

  I have been a patient at City Medical Practice for many years and can highly recommend them. The doctors are all very professional and competent. I really appreciate their expert advice and support. The nursing staff are caring and they do their job very efficiently. The laboratory services are excellent. The office staff are helpful, obliging and very polite. They are at the front line of a very busy practice and they cope with the demands of this extremely well. I can only praise every aspect of City Medical Practice.

  In the real world most doctors surgeries are alway running overtime it has never change. I have found the City Medical practice very good with timing. I am over 70, I have found Dr Henry Stenning to be a very good doctor Yes the guy is busy as most doctors are but he is very caring and will take the time when it is needed.
