  Just received my new Subaru today. Was very impressed with the service and attention from Laurent and Kevin. They were very helpful and my car was delivered earlier than expected. From deposit to delivery was 7 days. Extremely impressed. Thanks guys.

  I went to see City Subaru and loved the whole process. It was easy from buying the car, going through to picking it up (i even got my photo taken). Thanks to all at City Subaru!!

  BUYERS BEWARE If you are thinking of buying a car from here DON'T because their after service is REALLY POOR. I wasn't happy with my car service and noted this to them but they didn't take any notice hence I took my car to a different Subaru dealership for servicing. Because of this they cancel my extended warranty without notification. When they sell you the car they will promise the world but when time come to delivering it. They will try and find ways to get out of it. Even if you go to the highest management level.

  Onto our third day with our newly picked up Subaru Liberty 2.5i MY18 sedan. Thank you Jeff, we are enjoying our new car very much. Thanks again for being so supportive and friendly with us throughout. You are not like others with uptight personality if you know what I mean. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to you. I have also noticed that the City Subaru Service and their customer service (with Chase) has improved dramatically compared to my Subaru MY12 days. Well done management team!

  Thank you to Laurent, Nico and Shane for helping us with our new Impreza we picked up today! All were super friendly and informative. Not pushy at all and happy to help even when we walked in pretty close to closing time on a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend these guys, they went above and beyond for us!
