  I duly went to the cashier on arrival to this store and waited patiently whilst the lady before me purchased her goods. The cashier directed me to the back of the store where I wanted to buy some foam. I waited there for 10 minutes and finally a young assistant came towards me. I asked him for his help. He didn’t know which foam was for outside and said the other lady assistant would know. However he preceded to measure my old foam and said he would price some up. I did say I would wait for the lady assistant as she would know which foam was for outside use. He went away and never returned to tell me if the other lady was coming back or not. Ten minutes later I’m still waiting to be served and getting fed up of the service. The cashier appeared who I saw earlier, he was serving another customer and asked if I was being taken care of; if only. I told him the young assistant couldn’t help me and I was waiting on the lady assistant. He said he would come back after he served his customer. Eventually he came back and was in the middle of serving me when he took a phone call. After he finished with his call he finally got back to me. He gave me the price and said he could glue my rubber together to make the required I size I needed. He said this would take 1 hour and then said 2 hours cause he was busy. I told him I had an appointment in an hour, so it would have to be done by then. I said I would leave the old foam there so he could check the measurements. He then said no you have to take it with you or I will charge you for disposal. Well I will never ever step foot in that store again, I do NOT recommend it. Customer service does not exist in that store. Be warned.

  Very disappointed with the service had ordered stuff a little while ago and ordered the wrong product what a headache that was

  Great staff really helpful. Great experience and not expensive.
