  The spare patrs team is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They were a refreshing bunch to deal with. Recommend paying them a visit for all your vehicle needs.

  Serviced and charged my wife for something after only 6 months and 3000km (on a near new car) which didn't need servicing anywhere near that frequently. I called them out on it and got a refund. They also said brake pads were 80% worn and recommended new pads. We went to a different place and brake pads were actually only 10% worn. Please make your judgement on how honest they are from this information.

  End to end to an professional service, Excellent salesmanship in terms of understanding customer needs, offering the products and Competitive pricing. Very Happy with the business I did with CMI Toyota!!! The entire deal was managed in a very professional manner. Stephen was very supportive and understanding in terms of my requirement, throughout this deal along with his team of Shaun and Rob.It has been wonderful experience in terms of service and timely communication about my vehicle. Delivery was well planned and arranged. Handover of the vehicle was done with detailed explanation about the car and its features. I would like to thank CMI Toyota and in particular Stephen for an excellent display of customer service. Definitely Recommended !
