  If I could give no stars that would be the way I would rate this place. I ordered two small items from the fridge and a hot drink the Immune Tonic. The lady who served me gave me the fridge staff and then decided to serve two other customers before getting reminded by other lady when I asked where my drink is. The Immune Tonic costed $4.50 and you get a x small coffee size serve. The lady did not even apologies that I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my drink. There was no smile or customer service. Just another rude overpriced hole I will never go to again.

  Been there twice and each time they didnt have ingredients for the acai bowls and toasts we wanted to get.

  I am usually not a complainer but had to leave a review after today experience with coco bliss. The staff is very unfriendly. I asked a question about one of the products and was barely answered at first, I had to ask many times to finally get an information - which seemed to highly annoy the girl at the compter. They didn’t fulfil my order properly and when I asked to get what I requested , the girl briefly responded to me before ignoring me... The staff working today was very snob and rude —> bad customer experience.

  The girl working cut me off when I wanted to add on more products which would have made the store more money.
