  Placed an order for two counter stools 22nd Dec. items were in stock with delivery expected within 3 to 4 weeks from Sydney. 4 weeks later received text message at 11pm! providing an update and a number to call. This went unanswered. More calls and promises followed but still no stools as at 16th Feb. Very disappointing service considering sales person knew we wanted items ASAP and would not have purchased had I known of delays. These were to be a gift. Requested a refund and await response. UPDATE received a call from sales person saying they were sorry and offered free delivery and expect a call to arrange delivery. This was Monday 19th and it’s now Tuesday 27th and SURPRISE no call from anyone. Coming into week 10 and still no stools when they were in stock!!

  The showroom staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent product knoweldge. The store has a wide range of fabulous furniture and homewares.

  Very pleasant experience in store. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish I was kept updated with the furniture orders too.

  Great store. Recently bought a couple of pieces which I was kept updated on via email during the ordering process and they both arrived without an problem.

  I used the services of the design team at Coco Republic and enjoyed a great experience. Angela and Marion were very experienced, helpful and efficient. I had an urgent job and they accommodated my needs in the tight time frame. The adjacent show room was a bonus because ideas and suggestions could be instantly visualised by sighting the appropriate pieces on display. The quality of the items on show was breathtaking.
