::We ordered via Uber Eats and there was no way to order more than 1 cone with our $26 tub of icecream. We explained this in a note (there were 4 of us) and then received 1 crushed cone and a note saying that if we hadnt paid for it they couldnt provide it...paying the extra $1.80 wasnt the issue, the app wouldnt allow us to order and pay for more cones. Then the ice cream itself was full of empty voids and the macadamia tasted off. You've definitely lost a few customers because of a few 10c cones....will this pay off in the long run for you? I guess time will tell..... Terrible business.
