Poorly organised. They make it very difficult to find what you need.

Excellent store love Coles, good prices and lovely fresh produce, staff always friendly and helpful.

Good place to shop for weekly groceries or a quick stop to pick up bread. Love the new store layout. Staff are friendly and happy to help find things; however, more staff on checkouts are needed especially getting closer to Christmas. Really glad they put more self serve machines in, I can get in and out a lot quicker than waiting in line for a register. As for other comments regarding the store manager; I have found Josh to be the most polite and helpful store manager of all the Coles stores I have shopped.

I love shopping here, undercover parking with easy access including a lift for disabled and less mobile customers from the basement car park. Aisles are wonderfully wide and spacious and always well stocked, I have never seen this place dirty or messy. Plenty of variety and the produce is spot on, nice and fresh. Staff are unobtrusive and efficient.

The Arrogance of Josh the so called "Manager" dose note give two hoots about customers or Coles for that matter as he couldn't care less if we as customer's ever came back to Coles to shop or not. All the customers that i spoke to had the same disgust of the 30 year outdated marketing this store has implemented even the staff are of the same opinion that it will as it did 30 years ago stop people from using that shop. Not to mention the amount of congestion from customers in each isle then some idiot parks a pellet in the middle of isle to stack shelves leaving no room for shopper's to get past and wow you cant just jump around via the next isle because its the full length of the shop and full of people so you just get it from the next store that IS user friendly.
