::Self check out didn't work properly. No proper directions on how to use it. Ourselves as well as 5 other customers constantly needed the assistance of one nice girl who was run off her feet and had to listen to the grunts and complaints of customers. Give her a pay rise! Coles management is trying to saves wages with their unrealistic expectations of their staff and frustrating customers. I'd rather go to an independent grocery store that offers good customer service. Coles you lost customers...
