  Just like every other Coles store. Not many staff and poor variety of goods. It is great if you are after Coles only brand, otherwise I would shop at Foodland. (Variety is so much better. )Coles treat their staff pretty bad. Hey Coles executives, you guys should treat your staff better.

  I had an issue with one of the staff members but once I brought it to the manager's attention,, it was quickly resolved. Very happy with the excellent service provided by management to retain my loyalty.

  Amazing experience and would like to personally give a shout out to the hard working grocery workers and one gentleman in particular named Dylan who was extremely helpful. Made my experience at Parkholme Coles amazing.

  A good coles, however can be very tricky on high traffic days to get in and out of the car park area.
