I find this Coles store completely lacking in direction from any management, most stores would put more staff on the checkouts when queues get long but not here. I suggest if you have to shop in Innaloo go to Woolworths where the service is great, should you wish to shop at Coles go to the Scarborough branch where the staff and management take an interest in keeping customers happy.

I can't believe that my wife been ignoring in the queue just according to her race. Completely unacceptable to face such a rude and arrogant customer service lady.

Very bad Customer service by certain staff, the old saying, 'the customer is always right', does not apply here. My daughter had a product scan higher than displayed price. Granted the product was incorrectly filled so it wasn't a freebie, but my 12 year old daughter should have gotten it at the displayed ticket price (big special flag). Who checks the small print? We are drawn to the big price. Esme* (not her real name) on the front desk altered the stock so that they wouldn't have to do anything. Coles advertises that it adheres to the 'scanning code of practice '. This was poor form by Esme*. We showed Esme* that we had a photograph of the shelf prior. She didn't care. We teach our kids that they should respect their elders, but this incident made my daughter question why she should.

I have to agree with previous comments, has to be the worst Coles out there. I've been to Coles in the country with better range. Couldn't even get the ingredients for a bolognaise, so it was a bit of time waster. The biggest sin is not slicing deli meat freshly for people, followed closely by consistently limp/stale veggies.

This is my local supermarket. Staff are friendly and the self checkout is easy to use. Seem to be out of stock on items a fair bit which is why it loses a star or 2. Easy come, easy go
