  Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff stand around talking to each other or their friends. Have been through checkout many times without a word spoken. Last visit, checkout operator did not say Hi or thank you. Her only words were "Cash out". She was so busy talking to woman behind me in checkout that she was throwing my bagged groceries onto counter. Have not shopped there since 4/3/18 and will never shop there again! Over the last few years Coles have sent surveys but have never had any follow up from my input.

  How do you rate a supermarket? This is a very busy store, open right across the front. No checkouts blocking you leaving, just open bins with the fruit and veg and straight into the store. It had the feel of an older Coles to me but it's a good place to shop,good parking and very busy.

  I like this Coles. Staff are friendly, even the ones at the self serve; they're always smiling and taking your basket once they realise you're done with it. Pretty good range of fresh produce and meat which is always great. Never had an issue here. Only downside is the parking lot, which can be annoying to get around if it's busy
