  There was no hot water in bathroom. I called the receptionist, he gave me a new room immediately. But I have to say the room's insulation is no good. There were some people yelling at midnight so I couldn't sleep well.

  Guests be aware. They took $150.00 for incidentals about a month ago, to be reimbursed 48 hours later, I am yet to have my money put back on my card, NOT HAPPY. Considering the room was paid for in advance, It has now been 6 weeks and still no deposit back. Also now have received an an invoice in the mail with incorrect name, address, stating we live in " OTHER COUNTRY". And also they are billing us for 2 nights instead of our one night and for breakfast, which we never had, McDonald's down the road being the preferred option.

  Room was very basic. Service quite good. Located fairly close to the inner city area

  Hotel is ok for a stay, don't book with breakfast, it waste money. The hotel very near Queen Garden free Red Cat bus can bring you to Hay Mall. Red Cat bus operation until 6:44pm only. Very near to cheap eat.

  It is what you would wish for at this price point. Great location. Just completely redecorated. Helpful staff.
