  I just love this place. What ever you don’t look up at that guy in kilts, his naked are hanging out. My wife and I love staying there because we sell cigarettes all night long, up and down the hallways. People love meeting us that way. We know which rooms to knock on by the smell. The carpets may have burn holes, but that is not the fault of our product. The night manager is wonderful, as he ignores the complaints of those grumpy old people who claim they just want to sleep. This place just can’t be beat.

  The worst place ever. DO NOT GO THERE .... CANT BELIEVE HOW RUDE FRONT DESK WERE ..... DISGUSTING , NIGHT PORTER WAS HONESTLY ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE PEOPLE IVE HAD THE UNFORTUNATE CHANCE TO CROSS PATHS WITH. HE HUNG UP ON ME HALF WAY THROUGH ASKING HIS NAME & THEN WOULD'NT ANSWER .... WOULD OF GIVEN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE

  This is a nice cozy place.. its tucked out of the way and just a small walk from the city.

  I asked to pay for breakfast cereal and the lady said go to subway across the street. She also commented on my coffee drinking saying it was too much. She needs to learn good customer service skills. Luckily the day staff arrived who had such skills. So the five stars is for them. Its clean and tidy and reasonably priced.

  I was woken at 10:20pm by someone knocking on the door asking if they could buy cigarettes from me. Another smoking related matter : The air conditioning ingested cigarette smell from outside and the turn down of the rooms between guests isn't thorough. There was a brown paper bag on top of the cupboard that was there before me and remained there for my stay.
