  Janelle is rude! Learn how to treat customers properly. I booked a room here today and my booking was canceled due to credit card issues. So I called to offer new details because I realised that I had used the wrong card. Instead of speaking to me politely, I was mocked and berated online about the card being declined. A Janelle said that she needs a credit card that has money in the bank. Who speaks like that to a customer? So I decided to take my money elsewhere. You caused me to not want to re-book, Janelle. Well done.

  Was surprised to read Paul's review below, we were in the same boat with a late check-in on Agoda. Haven't had a staff member treat us as rudely as he did during our late check-in after our long drive... And we've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels on our trips! Didn't feel welcome at all and regretted our choice of stay immediately. If booking with Agoda, send them some contact details separately and get in touch if you'll arrive later than their 8pm office closing time, as they do not have any late check-in key boxes or anything like that. Not sure of the golf course quality as we didn't want to stick around longer than needed.

  Rooms very clean, fresh and comfortable. Manager quite accommodating when we checked in late and had forgotten to organize it. Beware if booking on agoda that they only send a name and no contact numbers to the establishment.

  Very nice rooms, very modern! Walls were a little thin. Really easy check-in, nice people and everything was clean! Would stay again.
