  Long queue due to a till closed, and two 'concierges' yapping at the front instead of serving customers. When i complained they told me i could have used the machine, and blamed me for joining the queue! Coordinating customers to the right service only works if you actually do it, BEFORE i queue up. Better service at the Adelaide st branch.

  Went there to ask a question about a transaction in my account, the staff told me to login to my account on the iPad and then she disappeared. So unprofessional.

  went there to exchange money and it was the worst experience of my life,,,waiting for 30 min,,,the manager needs to do something about that,first time that I was there but people on the queque said its like that all year ,absolutelly horrible ! doesn't even deserve 1 star!

  Unique enquiry and first time at this particular branch but got addressed and spoken to straight away Special shoutout to Christine, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff member and helped ease a very stressful ordeal into smoothness and efficiency
