  Seems like we are the only ones with good news about this bank lately but theyve been great! Brendan deserves a special mention for customer service above and beyond. We are holidaying in Alice Springs from NZ. Last night we had $500 cash stolen and when we managed to get to the branch ATM to get some more money the machine ate our card. It was after 4pm. The bank was closed. We were stranded. We spied Brendan leaving the bank and asked him for help. He went back in and asked the remaining team to help. The manager and other staff retrieved our card. Thank you CBA Gregory Terrace. You've saved the day! Give Brendan special thanks please. His lighthearted willingness to help changed a very stressful day into a positive one.

  Always short staffed, usually only have one teller all day, yet 3 other staff wondering around asking what you need help with, then just put you in the line anyway. Maybe put more tellers on. Lines are always to the entrance, just to see a teller

  I was appalled when I discovered that my bank (of 40 years) was clandestinely funding a huge polluter with an appalling track record to open a coal mine (dinosaur technology) right next to an already stressed environmental jewel, the inheritance of all young Australians. Commbank should be funding jobs in the alternative energy field. I am still contemplating moving my accounts to a bank with a different environment policy.

  Not sure which economists are advising CommBank but basic maths shows how urgently we need to cease investment in fossil fuels. CommBank is heading for trouble through their huge investment in fossil fuels. Climate change is now driving our economy. Here in Alice Springs we are vulnerable to floods, and heat waves. Our food depends on predictable weather. Please CommBank, read the news. Please fellow customers, put your money with a Bank who will protect your investment.

  One star is too much. Regret transferring to you guys. Asked the bank manager to witness some signatures. Said she didn't feel comfortable and walked out the door for lunch. Had to get the security guard to sign as the witness. Maybe they should sack the manager and promote the security guard.
