  Hire more staff please.. I'm certain you can afford it. Wasn't impressed waiting while 1 staff member dealt with a large line of people all by herself

  Walked in and saw six people in a queue. One teller operating. Meanwhile two employees stand at the door like stale bottles of piss smiling at people as they walk in and achieving precisely zero. Turned around and walked straight out again. They only get one star because it won't let me give none.

  What an incompetent branch. A large transfer for the deposit on a home was made Thursday and funds still not sent by following Monday. Staff promised to follow up and get back, but never did. House could not settle, everyone's lawyer stuffed about, family could not move into new house, removalists had to be cancelled, days off work for nothing. The person responsible needs to be shown the door. CBA is a mess.

  one counter is open during lunch time, really?! waited in the queue for 20mins to be helped then the consultant asked me "did the guy in the front tell you to come here?" I was like what guy in the front?! total waste of time.
