  The staff are very helpful and kind. There shop however is typically very busy and the waiting times are long. Commonwealth bank is a very reliable bank with good rates and great options for kid's banking. The Commbank app is very useful, it features all the information you need for you banks accounts and cards. They do not support Samsung pay.

  Best bank of all the banks in Australia in regards to customer service.They helped when I was waiting in the queue.Extraordinary customer service.Thats why I always continue with Comm bank.

  Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to have a quick conversation with you to deliver a real customer experience. The staff are efficient and their is hardly a wait time.
