As 'Downsizers' with a desire to sell the family home and re establish ourselves within the inner city, Compass Additions delivered a complete package from sourcing the appropriate property, demolition of the existing residence, navigating us through the design and statutory requirements of building a new home and finally construction of the 'dream'. There were numerous occasions throughout the process when I went out into the market to test the validity of their costs, materials selection and suitability. At the completion of the project I am more than satisfied that engaging the Compass Addition team as we did from day 1 to completion, delivered a quality home with obvious value for our spend. And at the end, we have met some very committed people who have made the experience enjoyable.
