  Extremely rude, hanging up on you. No help over the phone, sent 2 emails, no answer after 3 weeks. Just appalling!

  I was super impressed by the speed of their processing my posted visa application. I got worried when I realised the registered post I had used was actually very slow. So I sent a second letter, with a new return envelope and a request (with the required extra fee) to process urgently. Their response was so amazingly fast. They received this new request on Wednesday and I had my passport back in Melbourne, with the visa, early Friday morning. Amazing! Thanks so much.

  It was great that the consulate was open on Easter Monday. Big thanks to Mr Vinogradov (notary window) for the prompt and excellent customer service.

  I came several times and every time they had unpredictable reasons to be closed or not being able to assist! Very very rude staff and annoying place that I don't want to come back to!!
