Great service, the pricing was fantastic and customer service was just as you'd expect from a small locally owned business; a friendly chat while I waited. Unfortunately not enough people make the time to comment on their positive experiences as they do when they're annoyed or frustrated. Supporting your local business is support another territorian!

On the spot, reasonably priced and friendly service. Thank you. (Note owner: I'd delete those responses to the customers with an axe to grind; they're a little personal. . If you provide the same level of service you gave me to other customers then some better reviews will come.) I don't think the low star reviews are reflective of the service you can get; if you're nice to them they're nice and helpful to you...

Rude arrogant man in service, treated us like a piece of rubbish, this guy needs to learn how to run a buisness with basic manners. Way overpriced, didnt even print out correctly, if hes not the owner i feel sorry for this buisness. If he is he wont be around for much longer. Wake up dude, remove the sand from your groin, and turn on the air con..

I have been to copy time twice now for a couple of small projects and both times i have been spoken to rudely and treated like they did not care about me as a paying costumer. The first time i went there i gave them two wedding invites form my sister and friends up coming weddings.. I asked them to print them on a stick label to make a wine label. They said it would be ready in a weeks time.. A week later i went in to pick them up and not only had they not started the printing they LOST the invites completely. I was very upset as it was going to be their wedding present. The only thing the man said was... Well this is awkward.... I swore I wouldn't got there again but today i needed some envelopes printed asap so i gave them a second chance.. I had 10 fancy envelopes i need printed on and brought my own in. He then told me that i would be short one as he didnt know what way to put the paper in the printer. I stopped him as said no I need the whole 10 can you do a practice run with something else. He said well yes but you would have to pay, Which infuriated me "Why should I pay because you don't know how to use your own printers"!! The test run did not work. He then lost my invites right in front of me in a space of 5minutes that i was there.. They wore found after some time of looking.. The place is an absolute PIG STY I'm not surprised they lose everything all the time. I made a comment that last time i was in they lost my invites and asked if anyone had managed to find them.. He then laughed and said "How and i suppose to know if they have been found" and carried on. I was then charged $5 and walked out with nothing done. When I asked what was I being charged for he said my time. What about the time it took for me to reorganise getting extra copies of the wedding invites and i had to pay the original company to get them redone, and most of the time was spent with him looking for my envelopes he lost.. They are hopeless and rude lazy people in general

I was in Copy Time on Friday morning, needed some scanning to be sent to my email, important documents to be sent to a potential employer asap - I was charged $10 for 5 items to be scanned which I thought was way to pricey it was actually $9.60, but since I was using a card I had to make it $10 (just great). Any way I didn't ever receive them - NEVER got to my email - I was going to go back to ask them what happened, but honestly they didn't seem like the types that would be eager to help me out. So I paid $10 for nothing, went to the library and did it myself! FORGET this place.
