  Older place but situated in good location. In town for function so was perfect just for sleeping at end of long day.

  A little disappointed with this place, my room smelt of stale smoke even though there non smoking. Room was very small, very basic for the price, advertised at $89, paid $99. Staff were friendly. Comparing to all the other places i've stayed on this trip. Wi fi was not free for my room, and parking very tight. Found another place to stay in Mackay the next night for the same price of $99 room was spectacular

  I like staying here every time I come to Mackay on business. It’s close to everything in the CBD. All within walking distance. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Believe me after a full 12 hours work in a factory up here the last thing you want is an uncomfortable bed to sleep in. The staff are fantastic and the place gave us shelter from the last major storm to hit Mackay. What more could you ask for. Mackay gets battered by the lot, but this place where it’s situated between two big buildings lasts the test of time whilst all the others down the main drag have been wicked every year. There is nothing like waking up in the midst of a storm and part of the roof is missing and you soaking wet with nowhere to go.

  Rooms were clean. Fairly basic, but had everything you need. Restaurants were close by and chargeable back to the room.
