  I'm not sure if these guys want the business, they simply have no idea how to provide professional service. When I first called looking for a conveyancer, a lady said she'll get back to me with some advice within 2 days. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I rang and was told they'll get back to me asap (as this time a second lady sounded embarrassed that they didn't follow up).... that was 2 months ago.... enough said. i mean seriously people, don't waste customers' time making promises you're going to keep!
