  My girlfriend ordered over the phone with crave pizza website on laptop as visual reference. She ordered half crave supreme with no pepperoni and add tomatoes and half chicken pesto with no pineapple for delivery Issue 1: although the website listed pineapple as an ingredient on chicken pesto the phone attendant insisted on arguing saying there is no pineapple on chicken pesto pizzas Issue 2: the pizza arrived 15 mins late and cold Issue 3: the crave supreme still had pepperoni on it Issue 4: the chicken pesto pizza had no green garnish (looked like spinach) and no creamy white sauce which was indicated on the picture on website. Issue 5: when calling to resolve this I was told that the pizzas never come the same as they look in photos, the analogy used was that of McDonald’s. I advised her that if McDonald’s show a photo of a burger with pickles then the burger served will have pickles etc. Issue 6: I asked to speak to a manager who was “too busy” to resolve a customer complaint. Issue 7: I walked down to store to resolve issue and was advised the owner was coming down. I waited for an hour and all the while basically receiving the silent treatment. The manager told me he didn’t know how far the owner was and wouldn’t call to find out. Although me and girlfriend did eat 5 out of 8 pieces before I called to complain. They would not give me a replacement or a store credit because less than the WHOLE pizza remained My excuse is that I was grateful for any food but displeased with the service and attitude and the pizza itself and demanded retribution. I was not going to wait another 40 mins to receive a pizza that should have been correct in the first place. 1 hour and 30 mins later and the owner is still not here and no one has accepted responsibility or seeker resolution

  ordered 7:45. rang at 8:45 to find out where food was. ‘driver had just left’ we were told. At 9:40 i got a call saying they were outside, except they went to the wrong suburb. elwood. we were in richmond. 2 hours and 15 minutes later the meal arrives. But they forgot the drink. when we complained, we were told ambiguously our next order would be discounted.

  Seriously awesome pizza. Fresh ingredients, generous with the toppings, great choice of flavours and consistently high quality. I can’t bring myself to order from anywhere else.
