  I cannot recommend these beautiful people highly enough. I had nearly total hair loss 2 years ago and rely solely on wigs to go out in public. After trying nearly all of the others in Melbourne no one can compare to Creative Wigs quality, range and pricing. Their service, professionalism and empathy for their customers is not found elsewhere. They do not pressure you to buy or try to increase sales by steering you away from cheaper options. Instead recommending products based on lifestyle needs and face shape, not price. These people really do care and understand how hard it is when you lose your hair and your confidence.   Amazing wig store in the heart of the city!! So much variety and helpful staff! I found the perfect wig for my party here!

  The man was very nice, however the elderly woman was rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly, and judgemental. I wanted to look at wigs for a costume dress but she clearly didn't want me and my friend in the shop because we are "too young". That's ok, I'll go spend my money where I'm actually appreciated and respected like any other customer and not judged. She clearly has no idea about how to conduct herself in a professional way, extremely disrespectful and disappointed. Shame because the other elderly gentleman was lovely and the products actually seemed decent.

  The staff were so knowledgeable caring and kind. They do not care about "making a sale" they care about making the customer happy and helping them find exactly what they need! I would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you so much for your help! 😊
