  The pictures don't really look like the place. There was a horrible smell from the drains in the bathroom, and a noisey train right next to the building.. Also depressing seeing the fish and lobsters crammed in a tiny tank ready to be made into dinner the next day, and some dead in the tank by morning. My sister is a vegetarian and was super sad about it. And there was barely anything for a vegetarian to eat. Some of the staff were very rude! Especially the woman with grey hair. Then just to top it off I left my childhood toy in the room as I was too scared to take it out for fear of losing it, we got back late fell straight to sleep and left very early the next morning. On return I found that the toy who's name was Chico had been swept up with the sheets and when we finally managed to explain to the reception they smirked and didn't seem to care or take it seriously. The woman with grey hair said she found it hard to believe that something apparantly so sentimental and precious, took that long to realise it was gone.. which was so horrible and made me feel even worse and even more sad that he was gone. She didn't even apologise or offer to help. She really was very nasty and my little friend Chico was never found.

  Clean and nice room. We got "breakfast included" but breakfast was just sad. We left and ate out

  Cheap motel style accommodation. Rooms have ceiling fans and air con as well as a fridge. The pool is a decent size. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey and not many other options nearby. The hotel is too far from the town centre to walk in the heat, however they do offer a free drop off in town and also pick up from the airport. Plenty of car parking is also available. Some noise from the train line, but this is not very regular.

  Shuttle service was reliable even we had to change the pick-up time on the day. Room was okay but could do more building maintenance (doors and locks are somehow wonky). The breakfast is ready early and they offer plenty of food-not so many choices and no soy milk provided. It is nice to have a quick swim and go warm up in the sauna.
