  Just got a replacement car key cut. I provided the key (original and replacement), the staff member was friendly and helpful. But $60 for a 5 minute in store key cut?! I'd try elsewhere if you're just after a key cut. And the lesson is to ask for a price first, don't just assume a key cut will be less than $10!!!

  went to these guys this morning to get my car lock barrel fixed. very reasonable price, great customer service and overall good experience

  Great service, very reasonable pricing. These guys went above and beyond to help replace a snapped car key. Highly recommend.

  Needed a barrel for damaged lock. Got what I wanted from a very helpful staff member. Would recommend.

  DON'T USE THIS LOCKSITH, THEY ARE TERRIBLE I called them out to let me back into my apartment, they picked the lock but my key or my partner's key no longer engaged the lock and the lock was damaged. They claimed we had been using the incorrect key all year (absolutely ridiculous seeing as we had been coming and going with no problems at all!) and that it was not their fault. They refused to fix the problem. They insisted that we both had the wrong keys. I ended up calling another locksmith who confirmed that the pins in the lock had been damaged by this dodgey locksmith. The apprentice and his boss were rude, condescending and unprofessional. They treated me like I was an idiot and obviously have no pride or regard for their profession or their clients. Save yourself the trouble, do not use them. There are other locksmiths in Darwin who are professional and can do the job properly, this one is rubbish.
