Good atmosphere, good prices on piss, good music. Coles across the street, great location as it’s central to everything. Big kitchen with big fridges. Cold a/c and nice pools. Would reccomend to a friend

Toilets and rooms are clean. There is bar on 2nd floor. Enjoy you backpackers’ life.

Big lockers in the room to store even big backpacks! But only two power sockets in the room for 6 people. A jug of beer for 10$ is a good price (at happy hour after 4pm). But you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the premises. Towel cost 3$ with 10$ deposit! Wifi 4$ a day! Laundry 3$, dryer 1$ per 10 minutes, washing detergent 2$ Every morning, the floor in my room was wet. I think it was from condensation, so I guess the ac did not work as intended. It was cool in the room, but not dry. Unfortunately there were roaches everywhere: in the room, bed, lockers and kitchen... Showers and toilets were clean, though.

Can't complain about this place. Very helpful staff, very clean and tidy. Very helpful with local and general backpacker information. Need to pay deposit for the kitchen crockery which was weird and annoying, but I see why it is done. Plenty space outdoors and a large kitchen with enough storage space for your shopping. Close to all amenities and main Street through Darwin.

After a serious incident, for which the hostel is not to blame but they felt responsible, I was allowed to stay for free and I even got a room upgrade. Although the incident itself took a toll on my happiness, the hostel compensated fairly and I'm now leaving as a happy customer. Oh, and don't believe the reviews on cleanliness. The kitchen is cleaned thoroughly twice a day so guests feel responsible for cleaning their stuff too, so actually the place never gets dirty. Staff always helpful, not just with incidents. Just one issue: exactly 0 places to charge your phone. Bring a fully loaded power bank when you come.
