  Good range of high-end products! Average service. Staffs just ignore and think customers do not want to buy so they don't offer help. Kept talking and using their phones. I was buying cosmetics and the staff didn't offer to try on my face. Advice: When you shop here and need help, you have to call staffs.

  I avoid the place like the plague, entirely due to customer service. On one occasion I stood at an empty till waiting for a nearby member of staff to attend, only to be rudely looked up and down and ignored. I'm happy to say they lost a sale as I walked out, and on another occasion a staff member treated my question about some kitchen item with utter contempt, huffing and sighing that they had to go and look for it. They have a very nice looking shop, but the staffs attitude made me feel like I needed a bath afterwards. What a shame I can't buy anything there.

  Unfortunately there is no facility for zero stars. I truly understand what incompetence means. recently with this brisbane city David jones under the la mer luxury skincare section . There is a Aussie old lady .short brown color hair , a little bit chunky. I try to get over her bad attitude may because she has been a bad time in that day and then she did not help me at all I even decided to purchase the whole pack of lamer cream and serum but now because this experience I don’t think i will shop this la mer any more!

  I'm not giving 5 star just because of the freezing temperature on level 3 last weekend. On a good note though; the customer service there is excellent. Chris from Nespresso, was a life saver; offering me a hot coffee and explaining me about the products as well. Will definitely go back when considering about purchasing a Nespresso machine.

  Nice store with all important brands. All the different kinds of perfumes can be found here
