  After calling NRMA in Sydney while in Bremmer Bay (WA) with a flat battery (turned out to be totally stuffed) - Paul arrived in 15min's and less than an hour later we were on our way again around Oz - Thanks heaps Paul!

  Great if you want to spend $90 on a diagnostic scan on an error code. They should really be upfront about cost. Most mechanics will give you a reading for free, the money is in the fix. Customer service could have been better. Overall 2/5.

  Went here for a oil change and handbrake adjustment as my wife earlier in the week had made a booking, get there to be told no booking was made but they could fit me in. I stupidly did not realize that should have been a warning sign and left the car with them for five hours. Upon picking the car up i am told only oil change has been done and not the handbrake and that other issues need attention on the car, i thought the issues all seemed reasonable for a 13 year old car and said i would address them in coming weeks. I then received a bill for $471 for a oil change and a safety inspection that i did not ask for and still did not have my handbrake fixed. So to end not sure why i had the most expensive oil change in history but i will not be back and would never recommend this business.
