  Good sound system and DJ deck.. Just some minor issues setting up which would have been solved with better instructions. Everything worked and we are happy with the service and experience

  Excellent place for musical instruments and equipment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are, well it's musical instruments so not cheap.

  Very good pricing but I didn't get good service. They were busy but seemed disinterested in serving or helping me. So maybe they are great if you know what you want or perhaps if you want to buy a more "exciting" or expensive instrument? I would probably just do my own research and buy online next time rather than go into the store. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day? 5 stars for price, 2 for service. Edit: Added a star for Peter contacting me to discuss my concerns and addressing the issue - shows genuine concern for customer service.

  This place is 10/10. They always have everything I need and more! From my experience the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and speak to each customer, no matter their level or experience of music and audio, with respect and enthusiasm. Thanks folks, you really make music making accessible and possible for all of us.

  Great group of guys down there. Super friendly, very knowledgeable in their respective areas and always keen to help. Not to mention their super huge range of wicked instruments ranging from beginner level to stuff more suitable to players of a more advanced level. Get in there and grab yourself an axe... or some drums... or whatever they have a lot of stuff.
