  Ordered expensive furniture items which the website claims is from Australia and Italy ... on arrival it turns out furniture is just cheap Chinese import rubbish. Caution advised!

  The kitchen/dining table that I purchased from the store left stains within two weeks of use and progressively got worse until the whole table had big foggy marks on it. The table had had not been sealed properly and there also appeared yellow stains on the tabletop. The company said that the furniture was under warranty for one year. I sent photos and a letter, phonecalls, and later on, I asked consumer affairs to follow this up. He was rude to say the least, and blamed me for misuse, using the wrong cleaning products, and even sent text messages saying that his customers do not treat him like this! He did not offer money for a refund, exchange or even an apology. Consumer affairs were contacted and he bluffed his way through that as well. It is people like this who spoil purchases for others and make shopping an unpleasant experience, the dollar is more important than his customers and his reputation! At least I liked the dining chairs!
