  Brought my DSLR to them to see if they could clean some dust off the mirror as I was going on a trip and didn't have a cleaning kit. The guy at counter offered absolutely no help saying it was too laborious and gave no advice on how I could do it myself. Sure, I'm no expert and it may have been a stupid request, but the contempt I was treated with caught me by surprise.

  Absolutely my go to equipment supplier and can’t recommend them highly enough for both friendly service and knowledge. I’ve been shopping with Diamonds since my first camera in 1996.

  Absolutely lovely atmosphere, and the most kindest staff I had the pleasure of spending a day with, would highly recommend. By the way, to all the negative reviews, please consider this; these people make mistakes and also they (from experience) are extremely dedicated to their job. So maybe instead of reviewing a lovely business like this poorly from most likely one visit you should consider reviewing your actions.

  Well positioned just next to Hungry Jacks end of rundle mall, on the cafe stretch in Adelaide. They have a vast range of cameras both on display and available to order. Camera accessories also to compliment. Insurance claims they manage also if you need a quote done for insurance. Last camera they even gave me my damaged camera back after I got a replacement through and insurance claim. Staffing in the shop, they are knowledgeable on product and able to walk through the camera paces of what you are looking at. The layout is very thought out to utilise as much space as possible, but allowing the right amount of space for customers.
