  Placed an order and paid for two PAL2000 lens covers for my pool lights a month ago. After waiting two weeks i emailed asking for an update on my order, no reply. I have since called on three seperate occasions to only here the voicemail saying its out of hours when its clearly not. I'm not sure how to proceed from here?!

  Terrible service- Paid for an on line order for urgent pump replacement. After the order wasn't delivered as expected over a week later, it turns out they didn't even have the pump in stock! I was then told it would definitely be in stock within the next day. I had to chase them again 2 days later and it still hadn't been sent. I urgently needed the replacement pump but they didn't bother to even tell me at the time of ordering that they didn't have it in stock!. To top it off they questioned my credit card payment. I had to go through statements to prove the purchase because of an "accounting error" at their end.

  Excellent service and advice. Needed a new pool pump. Was given some advice on the most likely problem with the old one and indicated they would be happy to have a look at it for me rather than buy a new one. Bought a new pump anyway which they recommended based on pool size, throughput etc. Would go back if I had any more questions about pool equipment.
