    We, 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed here for 4 nights. We all love this apartment. The receptionists were super nice. The location is convenient, which is in tram-free zone. We took free train to many places. The unit we lived has beautiful water view and city view . The living room and kitchen are spacious.

    Excellent place for short visit. Fully equipped apartments at very affordable cost. No extra expense on laundry or else.

    Stayed here for business and had one of my worst nights. I had a group next door who decided they'd use the evening to party with their music being played exceptionally loud from about 9pm untill 4am. I had a 5am wake up call to get to the airport. Unfortunately the staff were completely unresponsive to the issue. The walls are thin. The staff don't care. There are better options for less in Melbourne. Wouldn't return or recommend. The rooms are nice and large for Melbourne but it's simply not worth the risk.

    We we're extremely happy with our apartment for our family holiday recently (18 month old toddler and 4 adults), the apartment was very spacious and completely self-contained. Easy access to public transport and extremely secure requiring a tag to get into the building which was comforting. I liked the fact the TV was up on the wall and the DVD player and Foxtel box was as well out of reach of intrigued hands, the room was very child friendly; we did however move away any of the glass side tables, plates and things from the lower shelves in the kitchen knowing what he is like. We found the staff at the counter to be very helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay here again!
