  Don't waste your time at this medical centre. After waiting 35 mins after my booking time, the doctor spent barely 5mins with me, didn't do any checks etc. Told to take some pandol. I didn't have to waste my time just to take some panadol. Now have to find another doctor that gives a stuff about patients.

  Doctors surgery is located close to transport at Australia Fair. The reception area is bright, with plenty of seating, water, magazines etc. There is a pathology lab onsite and also a treatment room with 3 beds. They have several doctors onsite, the ones I have seen are very friendly and take the time to listen. The girls at the desk are always friendly and helpful. One thing to note is sometimes the online booking system doesn't work so best to call up and confirm booking has gone through.

  I recently came here with my elderly mother who is a regular patient at this practice. I'd just like to say thank you to all of the staff who looked after her while she was having a particularly unwell day . Despite the waiting room being very busy, the girls at the front desk still took the time to make sure she was comfortable and seen to promptly. I was very impressed with the service here and I'll definitely be coming back as a patient myself.

  I could not get my Own GP so booked Dr Max Sharifan as I was suffering from a lot of pain. He just gave me cursory look while sipping his afternoon tea and biscuits. He did not care to give me any explanation of my illness and gave some generic anti-biotics. I had to ask him again and again about the sharp pain I am having which he should address straight away. Two days later My GP looked at my abscess and did a surgery right away commenting that it should have been done earlier. I am amazed at the unprofessional behavior of Max Sharifan. He should not be allowed to practice in this facility. What a joke of a doctor!! I am going to complain to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation agency about him.

  Just dropped in to see if I could see a doctor to get a script without an appointment. Completely understand if I was unable to see a doctor because they were fully booked out but I suggest you talk with your front desk girl with the long hair. Her customer service skills are atrocious. Not friendly at all with only two people in the waiting room, did not even look at me when speaking and it was not busy in the waiting room. Maybe next time try asking the patient if they would like to book for another time. No wonder you only have a two star rating. Sorry doctor Rosneen I will be finding another doctor.
