  Service can be great, food is not as good as it was in the past. The design of the order counter doesn't work, unfortunately it struggles when they get busy....overall OK.

  Went to order food. I was asked what i wanted. No " hello, or how is your day" . Waitresses didn't smile. Service was slow.

  Great food - long waiting times when busy but otherwise good service

  Quality of food and service very poor. We ordered a club sandwich and the bacon and bread were all burnt and when we complained we got another one with the new bread but old burnt bacon. Worst Dome cafe.

  I think the quality of food has gone down here and some of the staff need updating in customer service. The waitress just shoved my plate on the table with out even saying anything the plate nearly slid off the other end of the table. It will be a while before i go back
