  Staff are lovely and massage was great. Facility is very dated though. Rooms old and waiting area more like a cheaper massage place. Had to share change rooms and wait for people to finish before we could get changed. Wouldn't return until updated.

  Very very disappointing. My daughter and I planned a relaxing facial and foot treatment (foot essentials) and this really was below par. Almost $700.00 later, my facial consisted of a cleanse, then a mask where the therapist left the room twice for 20 minutes. Tiny waiting room, warmish weak tea and an amateur atmosphere. Never to return.

  Went twice for 2 facials using gift vouchers. Extremely disappointed each time. Do not waste your money on add on services like hair treatment or deep cleanse. The deep cleanse should already be apart of the standard facial. Will never return.
