  I order from this particular Domino's at least once a month and I would highly recommend this store. I order through the app for convenience and my order is always exactly what I asked for. My only negative comment is that once or twice they could have added a few more toppings.

  Terrible pizza hardly any fillings for a pizza that costed $17 don't bother getting a pizza here

  I just ordered this four cheese deluxe pizza from Domino’s Manunda Cairns and it has arrived covered in mould. I called them up I told them that we will not be eating this and they sent a replacement one. The replacement pizza however was also covered in mould. I told the driver that I will not accept the first pizza I ordered nor will I accept the replacement pizza as they are clearly covered in green mould. The driver then proceeded to tell me that it was not mould and that it was a burnt grease residue from the pan used to cook the pizza. I asked “why is it green” and told the driver that I will not eat this. I then continued to tell him that I am pregnant nor will I feed this mouldy pizza or it’s replacement to my two small children! He called his boss, his boss agreed with the driver and continued to explain that the tray used to cook the pizza made the discolouration and that if consumed it won’t harm me, my unborn child, or my two small children. I told him I’m still not accepting this and I want to speak to another boss. I then spoke to another boss on the drivers own mobile phone he was carrying after the driver had already spoken to her and explained the situation. She also agrees with the driver and previous boss we had spoken to earlier that it was the pan used to cook my pizza that has caused the discolouration. She continued to explain that they had received new pans about 3 months ago and they leave these “kind of grease marks” on the pizzas but the discoloured pizza is still safe to eat and feed to my children. I said I’m not feeding that to my children and I will not eat it myself as I am pregnant. So the person I was talking to then offered yet another replacement pizza using a different dough which I declined because clearly this is mould !!! It is green!!!!! I will not eat mould nor will I feed it to my children!! Finally we both agreed on a refund of the pizza price and the driver took both mouldy pizza’s back to the shop where I am sure they will continue to sell these mouldy based pizzas and tell people it is Grease. However, If it were Grease? Then why haven’t your pans been cleaned before you use them to make further pizzas?
